That’s all for 2019

Well, that was a bit of a horrible year, wasn’t it?

I’d be lying if I said that work, travel and politics hadn’t had a serious impact on my mental and physical health, but I’m still here (rumours of my death have been greatly exaggerated…) and, despite what feels like an inevitable defeat for those of us opposed to a Brexit (in particular, and regressive politics more generally) I haven’t given up on hope or a purpose. So, my next project will be a continuation of Free Movement Stories, concentrating on the experience and future of EU nationals living in the UK as our relationship with Europe continues to unravel. Again, it will be about hope and unity rather than anything negative - as much as the stories allow.
